Important! Please note:
Payment by PayPal: Once your order is processed you will be sent 2 emails - firstly a proof for approval,
and secondly, a separate PayPal invoice. Just follow the links to pay. Super easy!
(Please do not provide me with your credit card number).

Payment by Direct Debit: Once your order is processed you will be sent 1 email only.
This will contain your proof for approval and a pdf invoice.

PHOTO ORDERS:
Don't forget to either email your digital photo straight away (in jpeg format). Please make sure it is a large photo, at least 1mb in size. Please be aware that photos sent from Hotmail email addresses are often not received, so please send from another address if possible.

Couriers Please Delivery Information:
(This is our preferred method of delivery. Flat rate freight fees apply.)
Orders weighing up to 1kg $9.00, Orders between 1kg - 3kg $11.00, Orders between 3kg - 5kg $15.00.
These fees include postage and packaging. This service is available for VIC, TAS, ACT, NSW & SA locations to residential or business addresses only. Couriers Please will not deliver to PO Boxes. *Up to $1000 complimentary insurance is included in delivery fee for Couriers Please satchels.

Couriers Please Satchels must be signed for: If the destination is unattended then a card is left and the customer has 48hrs to organise a time for redelivery or the parcel will be returned to Nomie Boutique Stationery.
Or choose "Authority to Leave": You can nominate to have an "OK to leave" coupon attached to your parcel.
*Insurance cover for loss of goods does not apply to consignments that have an
“OK to leave” coupon attached nor if other express authority to leave is given to Couriers Please.

Our preferred delivery method is Couriers Please delivery if you are located in VIC, TAS, ACT, NSW or SA
as is it very reliable and can be tracked with ease.
OR
If you are located in WA, QLD or NTor just prefer mail then Express Postage is recommended over Regular Postage as it can be tracked from the time it is scanned at the delivery centre right to your door.
Regular postage cannot be tracked or guaranteed by Australia Post within their timeframe guideline. Australia Post can take up to 10 days to deliver. (I have known it to take 2 weeks within the same state!). Once your parcel has been posted Nomie Boutique Stationery takes no responsibility on delays incurred by Australia Post. So please choose your postage option carefully. If you are anxious to receive your stationery or it is for an important event please choose Express.

By approving your stationery proof you enter into a formal contract of sale with Nomie Boutique Stationery. By giving the 'approval' for your stationery to be printed you also agree to make the payment owing in full prior to the printing and release of goods. Cancellation of order: Cancellation prior to printing is acceptable and money will be refunded in full if you have already paid. However, if you decide to cancel your order once it has been printed and completed your payment will not be refunded, as each job is printed on a print-to-order basis.
