TRADING TERMS: Terms are strictly COD where payment must be received via credit card (PayPal), direct debit, cash, cheque or money order prior to release of goods. NOMIE Boutique Stationey reserves the right to charge an extra fee for all credit card transactions over AUD$100.00. All designs and illustrations are the property of NOMIE Boutique Stationery and may not be reproduced in any form without prior written permission. Unauthorised reproduction in part or whole is a breach of copyright.

Forms of Payment Accepted:

1. Credit Card
The fastest way to process your order is by paying by credit card or deirect debit. For an online order you can pay using your credit card, debit card or by direct debit using bank account details, through the PayPal online payment service. Our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). PayPal is an easy, fast and secure way to buy online. You do not need to have a PayPal account to make a payment with PayPal, - it is a free service for you to use. N.B. As of 01.11.11 there will be a 2.5% surcharge on all PayPal transactions.

2. Direct Debit
If you choose this method of payment you will be emailed your proof and a pdf invoice. This will include the direct debit details.
It takes 1-2 business days for a direct debit transfer to clear. Once the payment has cleared, your parcel will then be despatched.

3. Cheque
Alternatively you can opt to send a personal/bank cheque in the mail. Cheques must be cleared before goods are despatched.
Please note that it takes 3-5 business days for a cheque to clear. Your parcel will not be despatched until payment has cleared.

Delivery:
Our goal is to complete all orders placed from the Baby, Children, Celebrations and Christmas ranges within 2-3 business days of receiving your order and once payment for your order has cleared it will be then be despatched.

The turnaround timeframe of general stationery orders is dependent on the payment method you choose. As orders are printed once payment has been made. As a norm, we set a 2-3 day turnaround timeframe for printing and competion of an order before it is despatched. Please be aware that if you choose direct debit it can take 2-3 business days for the payment to clear. For cheque it can take up to 4 business days to clear. PayPal is our preferred payment method as it is immediate.

Whilst every endeavour will be made to ensure that the personalised cards will be produced and despatched within 2-3 working days after the receipt of your payment, delivery delays may be experienced. If personalised cards are required for a special occasion, ensure that your order is placed early.

On the order form you will be given a choice of postage rates. We use Australia Post and prefer to use Express Post as it can be tracked. Regular postage cannot be tracked or guaranteed by Australia Post within their timeframe guideline. Australia Post can take up to 10 days to deliver. (We have known it to take 2 weeks within the same state!). Once your parcel has been posted Nomie Boutique Stationery takes no responsibility on delays incurred by Australia Post. So please choose your postage option carefully. If you are anxious to receive your stationery or it is for an important event please choose Express Post.
