FACTS (Terms & Conditions)
The QUICKEST WAY to receive your order use the Online Order Forms - once you have filled out your details and order information click “Submit”. You will have the option of paying by credit card (via PayPal), direct debit, cheque or C.O.D. ('cash on delivery' available for local pick up only).
To pay for your order by credit card via PayPal
Once you have received your proof from NOMIE you will also receive a separate PayPal email invoice with instructions on how to make your payment via the secure PayPal website (see payment options for further details) where you will be asked to provide your credit card or direct debit details. Finally email through your photo (JPEG format) along with your contact details to naomi@nomie.com.au
THE PHOTO
We prefer you to email your photo if possible (see details below for “Emailing Your Photo”). Any standard sized photo. The better the quality, the better the end result! You can also mail your photo, but please remember to put your name on the back of the photo. It will be returned to you with your order. PLEASE NOTE: We produce the best results from digital photos that have been emailed to us rather than using prints from your digital files. The digital photos should be the original file that you took with your camera rather than a scan that you have done from a print. Please email your digital photos in a high quality JPEG (.jpg or .jpeg) format to naomi@nomie.com.au along with your contact details. Good quality JPEG photos are usually around 1MB. If you are unsure if your chosen photo is high enough in resolution then please email it to us and we can check it for you.
THE PRINTED PRODUCT
All designs from the Baby, Children, Celebration and Christmas Showcases are produced using a digital printing process. Whilst every endeavour is made to ensure that the designs will be printed as per the screen representation displayed on this website, there may be a slight colour inaccuracy from time to time due to the digital printing process.

QUESTIONS
"I want a baby birthday invitation but I prefer a design from the Children Showcase, can I choose it?"
When making your choice of stationery designs from Baby, Children or Celebrations Showcases, please note that if you see something you prefer which isn't in your age category, you can still choose it. NOMIE Boutique Stationery also does not discriminate between colours for boys or girls, males or females. If a girl wants blue or a boy wants purple there is no problem whatsoever. The customer is free to choose whatever design he/she wishes. However, stationery designs will not be altered in colour or format, only supplied wording and a photo can be added.
"How long will it take to process my order?"
This applies to items from the Baby, Children or Celebrations Showcases). Every endeavour will be made to ensure that the personalised cards will be completed within 2 business days after the receipt of your order and then despatched once payment has been received. However, delivery delays may be experienced. NOMIE Boutique Stationery takes no responsibility for any delays incurred by Australia Post. If your stationery is required urgently ensure that your order is placed early and you choose Express Post as the delivery option to ensure a fast turnaround.
"Can I write on the cards?"
Our cards can be written on as they have a matte finish and are not coated. You can specify space for 'Dear________' or 'To_______' in your wording so you can write your guests name on invitations or write a personal message to family and friends on thank you cards.
"Can I email a photo to you?"
If your photo is from a digital camera we actually prefer that you email us the original JPEG (.jpg or .jpeg) file (the file size we require is around 1MB) as the best print results are achieved from using the file as opposed to scanning a digital print. You can send us your order and photo by email or mail. Please read the left column for more detailed information regarding the supply of your photo.
"Can I see a proof before my cards are printed?"
Yes, as part of our ordering process a sample proof is always either emailed or mailed to you to approve prior to printing and must be approved before going to print.
"Do you require a minimum order?"
There is a minimum order of 10 personalised cards per order for stationery designs from the Baby, Children or Celebrations Showcases. There is a minimum order of 25 personalised invitations per order for designs from the Wedding Showcase. |
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before submitting your order.
1. Only submit a photo over which you own the copyright, or have the copyright owner’s permission to use.
2. If NOMIE Boutique Stationery for any reason suspects that the copying of the submitted photo will infringe copyright, or be defamatory, or may otherwise infringe any other law, we may refuse to copy that photo. NOMIE Boutique Stationery reserves the right to ask you to prove that you have the right to copy the photo or that you have obtained permission from the person(s) featured in the photo. NOMIE Boutique Stationery may refuse to copy the photo if you are unable to meet with this request. In such instances, NOMIE Boutique Stationery will promptly return the photo and refund payment.
3. In relation to the submitted photo, you indemnify NOMIE Boutique Stationeryagainst any claim damages or expense suffered in connection with any infringement of another person’s intellectual property rights or unauthorised use of another person’s image.
4. NOMIE Boutique Stationery reserves the right not to print a photo if in our opinion, it is unacceptable, for whatever reason. In such instances NOMIE Boutique Stationery will advise the customer and suggest supplying a new photo. If the client prefers to have the original photo printed at their own discretion, ignoring our advice, then Nomie Boutique Stationery is not liable or required to refund payment.
5. The images reproduced in this website are the best representation of actual colours and designs we are able to present onscreen. However due to the fact that a different printing process will be used to produce your cards there may be some variation in both colours and designs.

6. Variations in colour, image quality and position of your photo image may occur in the finished product. The customer acknowledges that the finished photo image is dependent on the quality of the photo submitted.
7. While every endeavour will be made to ensure that the personalised cards will be produced and despatched within 2 working days after the receipt of your order, delivery delays may be experienced. If personalised cards are required for a special occasion, ensure that your order is placed early, and that you choose Express Post delivery option.
8. All designs, illustrations and images are the property of NOMIE Boutique Stationery and may not be reproduced in any form without prior written permission. Unauthorised reproduction in part or whole is a breach of Copyright.
9. Cancellation of order: By approving your stationery proof you enter into a formal contract of sale with Nomie Boutique Stationery. By giving the 'okay' for your stationery to be printed you also agree to make the payment owing in full prior to the release of goods. Cancellation of order prior to printing is acceptable and money will be refunded in full if you have already paid.
However,
if you decide to cancel your order once it has been printed and completed you will therefore still owe the payment in full for this contract of sale.
