Please read these terms and conditions carefully before submitting your order

The Photo
1. Only submit a photo over which you own the copyright, or have the copyright owner’s permission to use.
2. If NOMIE Boutique Stationery for any reason suspects that the copying of the submitted photo will infringe copyright, or be defamatory, or may otherwise infringe any other law, we may refuse to copy that photo. Nomie Boutique Stationery reserves the right to ask you to prove that you have the right to copy the photo or that you have obtained permission from the person(s) featured in the photo. Nomie Boutique Stationery may refuse to copy the photo if you are unable to meet with this request. In such instances, NOMIE Boutique Stationery will promptly return the photo and refund payment.
3. In relation to the submitted photo, you indemnify Nomie Boutique Stationery against any claim damages or expense suffered in connection with any infringement of another person’s intellectual property rights or unauthorised use of another person’s image.
4. Nomie Boutique Stationery reserves the right not to print a photo if in our opinion, it is unacceptable, for whatever reason. In such instances Nomie Boutique Stationery will advise the customer and suggest supplying a new photo. If the client prefers to have the original photo printed at their own discretion, ignoring our advice, then Nomie Boutique Stationery is not liable or required to refund payment.
5. Variations in colour, image quality and position of your photo image may occur in the finished product. The customer acknowledges that the finished photo image is dependent on the quality of the photo submitted.

Copyright
The images reproduced in this website or our Facebook page are the best representation of actual colours and designs we are able to present onscreen. However due to the fact that a different printing process will be used to produce your wedding stationery, there may be some variation in both colours and designs.

All designs, illustrations and images displayed on this website or Facebook page are original and are the property of Nomie Boutique Stationery and may not be reproduced in any form without prior written permission. Unauthorised reproduction in part or whole is a breach of copyright. It is an offense to reproduce any design, style, illustration or content from this website without the direct permission from Naomi Jaremczuk, owner/designer of Nomie Boutique Stationery. Modification, adaptation of any of our designs for any occasion or event is prohibited. Nomie Boutique Stationery withholds ownership and copyright on all designs created in the past, present or future.

Breach of copyright on any of our website or Facebook content will be extensively and vigorously pursued. Let's face it - it is simply not acceptable, extremely unprofessional and will not be tolerated.

Copyright Credit
All Nomie Boutique Stationery designs are exclusive and therefore we reserve the right to print a small copyright and website credit on the back of each card so as not to interfere with the design on the front.

Pricing
Prices advertised are $AUD as at 1st April 2011 and are subject to change without notice. Nomie's ABN number is registered without GST, so therefore we don't charge it. Lucky you!

Minimum Quantity
We require a minimum quantity of 10 per order. Stationery from the Baby, Children, Celebrations and Christmas ranges are sold in lots of 10 only as per the prices outlined is the price list.

Proofs for approval before printing
A digital proof/s will be emailed to you before printing. Please check through this proof/s carefully and thoroughly. Once checked and approved please email your approval in writing to Naomi Jaremczuk - naomi@nomie.com.au
Once approved and paid for your order will be printed and despatched.

Cancellation of order: By approving your stationery proofs you enter into a formal contract of sale with Nomie Boutique Stationery. By giving the 'approval' for your stationery to be printed you also agree to make the payment owing in full prior to the printing of stationery. Cancellation of order prior to printing is acceptable and money will be refunded in full if you have already paid. However, if you decide to cancel your order once it has been printed and completed your payment will not be refunded, as each job is printed on a print-to-order basis.
Postage & Packaging
Postage and packaging are calculated by weight and destination on completion of each stage of your order.

Delivery
The turnaround timeframe of general stationery orders is dependent on the payment method you choose. As orders are printed once payment has been made. As a norm, we set a 2-3 day turnaround timeframe for printing and competion of an order before it is despatched.Please be aware that if you choose direct debit it can take 2-3 business days for the payment to clear. For cheque it can take up to 4 business days to clear. PayPal is our preferred payment method as it is immediate.
Whilst every endeavour will be made to ensure that the personalised cards will be produced and despatched within 2-3 working days after the receipt of your payment, delivery delays may be experienced. If personalised cards are required for a special occasion, ensure that your order is placed early.

On the order form you will be given a choice of postage rates. We use Australia Post and prefer to use Express Post as it can be tracked. Regular postage cannot be tracked or guaranteed by Australia Post within their timeframe guideline. Australia Post can take up to 10 days to deliver. (We have known it to take 2 weeks within the same state!). Once your parcel has been posted Nomie Boutique Stationery takes no responsibility on delays incurred by Australia Post. So please choose your postage option carefully. If you are anxious to receive your stationery or it is for an important event please choose Express Post.

Privacy
Collection & use of information: Your personal information belongs to you and you only. We respect this and appreciate the fact that you've entrusted us with its protection. We only collect the information we require to process, fulfill and complete your order. Contact information received by email (email address, telephone number, address, etc.) or mail is used to send your orders and to liaise with you. Your contact information is also used to get in touch with you when necessary. Your stationery files will be saved and kept on file. If in the event you wish to reorder, you are able to do so with ease.
Your agreement: By using the Nomie Boutique Stationerywebsite or when purchasing a product from us, you agree to the collection and use of information as set forth in this privacy policy. We may from time to time update this policy. We will post any changes to our policy on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect and how we use it.
Disclosure of private client information to a third party: We will never sell your personal information to third parties or disclose it to anyone for any reason, unless we're required to do so by law. We believe in honesty and good service. Its just not right.

Online Security Policy
Nomie credit card purchases take place in a safe online environment, using the very latest e-commerce security technology - PayPal. Paying on-line through PayPal is safer than many other forms of payment. PayPal collects payments for us using state-of-the-art SSL technology to protect your details. As PayPal receives your payment details instead of us, we neither see nor collect any of your financial details, ie credit card number. PayPal is one of the biggest and most trusted names in online payment security. We encourage you to go to the PayPal Security Centre if you would like more details.

Acceptance & Acknowledgment of these Terms and Conditions
Emailing your approval of your stationery proofs and making your payment will indicate to us your acceptance and acknowledgment of these terms and conditions.
