You can choose from different layouts for A3 seating Charts. Either Landscape or Portrait and byeither listing each table number with seated guests underneath or by listing guest names alphabetically. In this case you you will need to provide a list with names and table number in alphabetical order. Please also note that first names and surnames are best for a seating chart!
