LEAD TIME for ordering Please allow yourself time to make your decision at least 4 months or more prior to your wedding. Once your decision is finalised a 25% booking fee is required to secure your order and you will then be placed in the Booking Schedule. Orders are booked in at least 12 weeks prior to your wedding date and normally processed within 2-3 weeks.
The PROCESS 1. Obtain samples and quotes - at least 4 months prior to wedding. 2. Place a 25% deposit to secure/reserve your order - this is crucial as our schedule is constantly busy throughout the year. 3. 1st stage: All items to be sent to guests incl. invitations, envelopes, rsvp postcard etc. Completed for you to send out 8 weeks prior to your wedding. 4. 2nd stage: All remaining items incl. order of service, place cards, seating charts, thank you's etc. Completed 3-4 weeks prior to your wedding.
