The images reproduced in this website or our Facebook page are the best representation of actual colours and designs we are able to present onscreen. However due to the fact that a different printing process will be used to produce your wedding stationery, there may be some variation in both colours and designs.
All designs, illustrations and images displayed on this website or Facebook page are original and are the property of Nomie Boutique Stationery and may not be reproduced in any form without prior written permission. Unauthorised reproduction in part or whole is a breach of copyright. It is an offense to reproduce any design, style, illustration or content from this website without the direct permission from Naomi Jaremczuk, owner/designer of Nomie Boutique Stationery. Modification, adaptation of any of our designs for any occasion or event is prohibited. Nomie Boutique Stationery withholds ownership and copyright on all designs created in the past, present or future.
Breach of copyright on any of our website or Facebook content will be extensively and vigorously pursued. Let's face it - it is simply not acceptable, extremely unprofessional and will not be tolerated.
Pricing
All prices displayed are for printing of items only and include personalised guests names (except for envelopes, separate printing price applies). Prices advertised are $AUD as at 1st April 2011 and are subject to change without notice. Nomie's ABN number is registered without GST, so therefore we don't charge it. Lucky you!
Fees
Artwork: A 'once only' $30-50.00 fee (depending on your order quantity) is required for overall set up of your wedding stationery files for printing. Includes all colour and typeface changes.
Bespoke artwork design fee: Ranges from $50.00-$100.00. A 'once only' fee when a customer requests a bespoke artwork design or when a current design is substanitally altered or combined with another design.
Assembly/production fee: Ranges from $40.00 - $130.00. A 'once only fee based on amount of items quoted for including quantity and labour required. If additional items are ordered at a later stage, which were not originally quoted for, then an additional assembly/production fee will be charged.
Minimum Quantity
We require a minimum quantity of 25 invitations for a wedding stationery order. We also suggest you order a few extras just in case. You never know if you might miss someone!
Payment
No work will commence on your order until your 25% deposit has been made. We prefer Bank direct debit deposit. We also accept secure payment through PayPal. If choosing PayPal please be aware that there is a 2% charge for all orders over AUD$100.00. We will issue you with a PayPal invoice should you decide to use this payment method. After the first stage of your order has been completed you will be invoiced for those items less your deposit payment. Payment is due in full and must be cleared before your stationery is despatched.
Proofs for approval before printing
A full set of digital proofs will be emailed to you before each stage of printing. Please check through these proofs carefully and thoroughly. Once checked and approved please email your approval in writing to Naomi Jaremczuk - naomi@nomie.com.au
Once approved your order will be printed and you will be invoiced on completion of each stage of your order.
Cancellation of order: By approving your wedding stationery proofs you enter into a formal contract of sale with Nomie Boutique Stationery. By giving the 'approval' for your stationery to be printed you also agree to make the payment owing in full prior to the release of goods. Cancellation of order prior to printing is acceptable and money will be refunded in full if you have already paid. However, if you decide to cancel your order once it has been printed and completed your payment will not be refunded, as each job is printed on a
print-to-order basis.
Guest List and Wording Information
When ordering you will be asked to supply your wording in a word document and your guest list using our template file. Please ensure that your wording and guest list information has been checked and re-checked and all spelling and punctuation is correct. Any errors supplied on your wording or guests lists will be reprinted at your expense.
Colours & Card Stock
Nomie wedding stationery designs are able to be altered in colours to suit your theme. Whilst every endeavour is made to match your chosen colours there may be some variation in colours due to the fact that a different printing processes will be used to produce your wedding stationery. Also, depending on what card stock you choose the colours may appear differently as printing inks adhere differently to metallic, iridescent and matte card stocks. Some colours may appear brighter on matte cards whilst the same colours may appear dull on metallic cards.
Postage & Packaging
Postage and packaging are calculated by weight and destination on completion of each stage of your order.
Deadlines & Delivery
The turnaround timeframe of wedding stationery orders is dependent on the quantity of the order. As a norm, we set a 2-3 week turnaround timeframe for printing and competion of the first stage of an order. You will then need to add one week to ten days for delivery to your location (especially if interstate).
On completion of your order you will be given a choice of postage rates. We use Australia Post and prefer to use Express Post as it can be tracked. Regular postage cannot be tracked or guaranteed by Australia Post within their timeframe guideline. Australia Post can take up to 10 days to deliver. (We have known it to take 2 weeks within the same state!). Once your parcel has been posted Nomie Boutique Stationery takes no responsibility on delays incurred by Australia Post. So please choose your postage option carefully. Please also note, that whilst we have on one rare occasion, experienced a delay of over 2 weeks, we have never actually lost a wedding stationery parcel. Therefore, If you are anxious to receive your wedding stationery, as it is an extremely important event, we highly recommend Express Post or the even more reliable Express Post Platinum.
Privacy
Collection & use of information: Your personal information belongs to you and you only. We respect this and appreciate the fact that you've entrusted us with its protection. We only collect the information we require to process, fulfill and complete your order. Contact information received by email (email address, telephone number, address, etc.) or mail is used to send your orders and to liaise with you. Your contact information is also used to get in touch with you when necessary. Your stationery files will be saved and kept on file. If in the event you wish to reorder, you are able to do so with ease.
Your agreement: By using the Nomie Boutique Stationerywebsite or when purchasing a product from us, you agree to the collection and use of information as set forth in this privacy policy. We may from time to time update this policy. We will post any changes to our policy on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect and how we use it.
Disclosure of private client information
to a third party: We will never sell your personal information to third parties or disclose it to anyone for any reason, unless we're required to do so by law. We believe in honesty and good service. Its just not right.
Acceptance & Acknowledgment of these Terms and Conditions
Emailing your approval of your stationery proofs and making your payment will indicate to us your acceptance and acknowledgment of these terms and conditions.
